In October, Jacki our BDM for Auckland, visited Browns Bay Family Medical Centre and got some great feedback from the team there.
Browns Bay Family Doctors was established 30 years ago, they have 5 Doctors, 4 Nurses and an awesome admin/reception team. 16 staff make up the BBFD whanau.

1. What services have you used previously and why didn’t they work?
I am unaware of previously used services, if we changed it would be due to cost, reliability and range of services.
2. How did you discover Nitrogenx?
Recommendation and Google Search.
3. What made you change to Nitrogenx and become our customer?
Best affordable service with great range of products. Great to be able to have just one company meeting so many needs.
4. How do you define quality customer service?
Prompt response, great communication-but not too much, range of services, ease of ordering and easy to understand invoices/accounting. Friendly helpful team.
5. Feedback on our Delivery Team?
Graeme is awesome, cheerful, helpful, and discreet. Any of the fill in drivers have also been great.
6. What could we improve on?
Prices, less plastic, more reusable items, possibly biodegradable products.
7. Are there any other services we could provide?
A rubbish separating station with foot pedals that was affordable would be awesome.

1. Correct delivery – first time, every time.
2. Cost and Time Savings – less invoices no need to carry extra stock.
3. One delivery person for all services. Already have this!
4. Online ordering of Services.
5. Fixing Issues that arise quickly and efficiently.
• 100% NZ Owned & Operated – Love this though!
• Responsiveness – answering the phone, replying to emails quickly. Always nice too
